How to place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website, as we do not accept standard orders by phone or email.
For larger orders totaling over $600 or more than 30 units of a single item, or for custom order requests, please contact us by email so we can assist you further.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need a Maybe Interesting account to place an order. However, creating an account provides easier access to your order history and faster checkout.
How to use discount codes?
Enter your discount code at checkout. Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes does not apply to items on sale. Discounts cannot be stacked.
What does it mean if an item is final sale
You may find a item marked as “Final Sale” in product description. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to: all sale items, certain collaborative releases and certain hygienic sensitive products (e.g. wearable accessories, tableware such as plates & glasses).
What if I put a wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change.
In cases we’re unable to verify or generate a proper shipping label, we will contact you at the email provided with the order and hold shipment until the delivery address is confirmed.
Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified. In that case, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit and Debit Card Payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay), as well as PayPal, and compatible digital wallets processed via Stripe (Apple Pay and Google Pay).
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. Did my payment go through?
Please check your spam folder. If no order confirmation is found, please contact us to confirm if your order has been successfully received.
Can I reserve items on the online shop?
When will I receive my order?
We process shipments through Monday to Friday, Most orders shipped within the United States are delivered within approximately 4–7 business days.

Do you offer signature confirmation upon delivery?
Orders over $250 or exceeding 20 units automatically require a signature at delivery. For any order, signature required shipping method is available to choose at checkout.
If you did not select the signature option at checkout, the carrier may leave the package at your shipping address without supervision. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit if a signature is not required.
How do I track the shipment?
A tracking number will be sent to you once shipping label is created. Once a package is received by a courier, please contact the courier directly regarding delivery issues. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the courier directly to start a claim and get the most accurate information.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship only within the United States. International customers are always welcome to contact us, and we may be able to fulfill orders if conditions are met and mutually agreed upon. We hope to expand international shipping soon as our logistics allow.
Can I return or exchange products?
We’re sorry in case the products don’t work out for you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Once approved, please send the items back within 7 days.

Not yet! We’re based in New York City and operate exclusively online for now, bringing our curated products right to you. We’re always happy to connect and answer any questions.
