RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
We’re sorry in case the products don’t work out for you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Once approved, please send the items back within 7 days.
Please note:
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
- Items listed as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to: all sale items, certain collaborative releases and hygienic sensitive products (e.g., wearable accessories, tableware such as plates & mugs). Please review the product description carefully before ordering.
Refund or Store Credit
- All returns are subject to a $5 return fee.
- The return fee is waived for exchanges or returns for store credit, or for products with defects.
- Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days of receiving the returned package. Refunds should appear in your account within approximately 7 days.
- All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Exchanges
- Can be accommodated for different variations of the same product, or for a different item of similar value.
- Exchange requests must specify the replacement item and are subject to product availability.
- Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.
- Each item is eligible for a maximum of one exchange.
- Exchanges will be processed upon the receipt of returned item(s).
Defective Items
We uphold high standards of quality and carefully inspect our products before they are shipped to you. However, if an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
- Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost.
