This website is operated and owned by Maybe Interesting LLC (“Maybe Interesting”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By visiting our website (maybemaybemaybe.com); submitting an order with us; or conducting business via direct communication between you and the Company, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service and to the terms of Private Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. 1. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS AND DESTINATIONS
Retail
Retail customers are individuals who place orders through our online store. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you may also place orders on behalf of minor dependents under your care and confirm that you consent to their use of our services. Please refer to the General Audience section of our Privacy Policy for more information on age eligibility.
For new customer orders totaling above $250 or over 25 units in a single shipment, we may require confirmation via email before shipment.
We reserve rights to hold shipment until such verification is satisfied. Return customers are not subject to this verification. We welcome all eligible customers but reserve the right to decline or limit service when necessary.
Bulk Buyers / Wholesale
Clients placing bulk, custom, or specialized orders must do so through direct communication with us, including phone, email, or other written correspondence. Business transactions may be subject to additional terms agreed upon separately. For reference, a bulk order is generally considered to be an order totaling $600 or more, or including more than 30 units of a single product.
Destinations and Availability
We currently operate and ship exclusively within the United States. International customers are always welcome to reach out with any questions or inquiries, we may be able to fulfill orders if conditions are met and mutually agreed upon. Product availability, pricing, and delivery options may change from time to time.
Non-Discrimination
We are committed to providing our products and services fairly and without discrimination. You will not be denied access to our services, treated unfavorably, or excluded based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
Please note that shipping fees and eligibility for certain promotions may vary by geographic location, based solely on logistical and operational factors, and do not constitute unlawful discrimination.
2. PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE
We accept payments through trusted third-party processors, including Credit and Debit Card Payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay), PayPal, and compatible digital wallets processed via Stripe (Apple Pay and Google Pay). We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order due to failed verification, suspected fraud, chargeback risk, or other concerns. We are not liable for declined or reversed transactions, which are subject to the policies of banks and third-party processors. We may modify acceptable Payment Methods in our sole discretion.
3. PRICES AND SALES TAXES
The purchase prices of products are determined by the price listed in the Online Shop at the time your order is placed. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Purchases made through the Online Shop are subject to applicable sales tax, which will be added to your purchase where required by law. The sales tax rate is based on the delivery address for your order, and the exact amount will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on your state of destination, shipping charges may also be subject to sales tax.
The applicability of sales tax varies by jurisdiction and is determined in accordance with state-specific nexus thresholds and applicable laws. As of the date of this version of the Terms, many states remain below the applicable nexus thresholds and are not subject to sales tax. The calculation and collection of sales tax are subject to change to comply with current legal requirements and any updates to state tax regulations.
4. PROMOTIONS
Any promotions, discounts, or special offers, including free shipping, are subject to the terms outlined for each promotion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Free shipping thresholds are calculated based on the purchase price of products only and do NOT include applicable shipping fees or sales tax.
Products marked as “FINAL SALE” are excluded from all return, exchange, or refund policies. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed through our Online Shop or via direct communication are subject to acceptance by Maybe Interesting LLC. An order is considered accepted when we confirm the order by email or when the products are shipped, whichever occurs first. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: inability to verify payment, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in product or pricing information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maybe Interesting LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to: (i) your use or inability to use our products or website, (ii) delays or failures in shipping or delivery, (iii) any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in product information despite our reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, or (iv) any unauthorized access to or use of your data. Where prohibited by law, certain limitations of liability set forth herein may not apply.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill our obligations under your order due to events beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, storms, labor disputes, transportation delays, supply shortages, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
10. SECURITY INTEREST (Bulk Clients – U.S. Only)
For bulk clients in the United States, as security for the full payment of all amounts owed for purchased Products, you grant us a first-priority security interest in the Products upon delivery. This interest remains in effect until full payment is received. Business clients authorize us to file any UCC Financing Statements or other required documentation to perfect this interest and agree to cooperate in any filings necessary under applicable law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, designs, and software, is the property of Maybe Interesting LLC and is protected by copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written consent.
Products purchased from us, including any associated labels, packaging, or digital assets, may not be used to represent our company or brand in any way without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
12. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree to use our website, products, and services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to (i) Using the website, products, or services in violation of any law or regulation; (ii) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or accounts. (iii) Distributing malware, spam, or other harmful content. (iv) Using our products, digital assets, or physical labels to misrepresent or impersonate Maybe Interesting LLC. (v) Engaging in any activity that could harm our business, reputation, or other users.
We reserve the right to take action in our sole discretion against any user violating these terms.
Furthermore, you agree to use our products, services, and website only for lawful purposes. Products must not be used to engage in illegal activities, commit crimes, cause harm to yourself or others, or violate applicable laws or regulations. Maybe Interesting LLC is not responsible for any misuse of its products, including but not limited to actions resulting in injury, property damage, or criminal conduct. Use of our products for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability for the user.

Enforcement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maybe Interesting LLC regarding your use of the website and services.
Waivers
Non-enforcement of any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
