ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped, pending payment authorization and verification. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major US holidays).
STANDARD SHIPPING METHODS
Domestic shipping is primarily fulfilled via USPS and UPS.
Most orders shipped within the United States are delivered within approximately 4–7 business days.
All orders totaling above $250 or over 25 units will require a signature upon delivery.
Depending on your state of destination, shipping charges may also be subject to sales tax.
New York City Local Delivery: $6 flat rate
Domestic Shipping (Contiguous United States): $10 flat rate
Domestic Shipping (Alaska & Hawaii): $20 flat rate

Free shipping on all $65+ orders*
* Promotional shipping is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
* Free shipping thresholds are calculated based on the purchase price of products only and do NOT include applicable shipping fees or sales tax.
ORDER VERIFICATION
For new customer orders totaling above $250 or over 25 units in a single shipment, may require confirmation via email before shipment. We reserve rights to hold shipment until such verification is satisfied. Return customers are not subject to this verification.
